OUR PROCESS
Arrival
Soiled laundry arrives at designated unloading bays in separate batches by the customers. It is then transferred to color-coded bins and carts, weighed, and recorded for final output verification.
Sorting
Our team wears full personal protective equipment to sort incoming laundry in separate batches by soil type and classification before loading into large industrial washers.
Washing
Each state-of-the-art washer is pre-programmed to control automatic chemical dispensing and injection systems, water temperature, and wash formulas. This guarantees cleaning efficiency, maximum and consistent soil removal, laundry disinfection, and sanitization.
Sanitization
Washing machines are sanitized after each load, and carts used to transport soiled linens are sanitized in a dedicated cart washroom.
All-in-one Ironing
Linens such as flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, scrubs, tablecloths, and napkins go through the Chicago Powerhouse - an automated, high efficiency, all-inclusive ironer that increases sanitization by ironing with temperatures of up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combined with the Chicago Skyline high-speed folder, it produces crisply ironed, consistently folded, and stacked linens ready for packaging.
Drying & Folding
Linens with strings such as medical gowns or bulky and oversized items such as towels, blankets, and pillows are dried in large industrial dryers and folded using the Air Chicago Elite folder.
Packaging & Delivery
Linens are assembled, stacked, wrapped, or bagged for delivery to our customers countrywide - both on the mainland and the Cayes.
